E-participation policy
The e-participation policy defines the foundations and channels that enable beneficiaries to contribute effectively to the development of services and policies in a way that enhances transparency and ensures the quality of outputs.

The e-participation policy on the Taqeem platform aims to enhance the principle of transparency and effective communication with beneficiaries by enabling them to contribute their opinions and suggestions to the development of services and policies. This policy is in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 towards a participatory digital government based on openness, cooperation, and continuous improvement.

- Empowering individuals and entities to participate in developing policies and services

- Providing interactive channels that facilitate the delivery of beneficiary voices to decision-makers

- Utilizing feedback and suggestions to improve performance and services

- Supporting innovation and finding practical solutions through community participation

- Transparency: Making information clearly available to enable knowledge-based participation.

- Equality: Providing equal opportunities for all groups without discrimination.

- Responsibility: Commitment to studying opinions and suggestions and taking into account what serves the public interest.

- Effective communication: Providing multiple and modern channels for continuous interaction.

- Continuous improvement: developing engagement channels according to beneficiaries' needs.

Sharing channels

- Open data: making data available for use in research and development.

- Co-development and ideas: receiving proposals and initiatives from beneficiaries.

- E-consultations: Public questionnaires on policies and services.

- Electronic Participation Policy: Definition of the controls and standards governing participation.

- Social media: official channels for direct communication with the public.

- Site and Service Statistics: View reports and service performance data.

- Beneficiary Voice Reports: Monitoring and Analyzing Beneficiary Feedback.

- Complaints and suggestions: comments are officially received and processed according to approved procedures.

Participation controls

- Commitment to Islamic values and national regulations

- Commitment to seriousness and clarity in presentation, using classical Arabic.

- Do not post offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content.

- Do not include personal data or commercial marketing content.

- The Authority reserves the right not to publish or delete any post that violates this policy.

Improvement and follow-up

The Taqeem platform periodically monitors and analyzes contributions and issues reports demonstrating how feedback can be used to improve services and policies. The platform also works to update participation channels to meet beneficiary needs and promote transparency and sustainability.
