  • The competent department announces the annual plan for exams, training courses and any amendments thereto on the TAQEEM's official website.
  • Registration for training courses and exams opens long before they are held, and the trainee has the choice between attending the training course and the exam, or just the exam.
  • The competent department may hold exams and conduct training courses; Based on the requests submitted by the accredited trainers to the authority, or other bodies, the acceptance of these requests is subject to the discretion of the authority, and the availability of the requirements and the minimum number of trainees with the requesting authorities, as determined by the competent department.
  • Taqeem may conduct training courses through online means, and the competent department shall set the rules and policies related to these courses.
  • Taqeem may submit the levels referred to in Article (Fourth) of these rules, or some of its topics, to governmental or private entities; The provisions contained in these rules shall be applied in this regard, and the competent department shall set the necessary policies for holding and registering for these courses.
  • Registration for the authority's exams and courses is through (Qima portal), and the trainee is obliged to review the rules of fellowship certificate and the list of Taqeem's membership before starting to register and abide by what is stated in them; Verify that the conditions for Taqeem's membership applies to him according to each sector.
  • The fees for courses and exams shall be determined by the decision of the Council - or whoever it delegates-. Qima portal shows the fees for each course and exam before registration, and this fee shall be paid using the payment methods approved by Taqeem.
  • The trainee who holds Taqeem's membership (student) is granted a reduction of (50) fifty percent of Taqeem's courses and exams fees in all valuation sectors, provided that the membership is valid at the time of registration.
  • The registration of trainees over the age of (60) sixty years is approved free of charge for Taqeem's courses and exams in real estate valuation sector for the modules from (111) to (116), and (205) in the business valuation sector.
  • Each level of fellowship certificate exams is considered a prerequisite for the next level, and each content of one level is considered a prerequisite for the next content according to the order determined by the competent department.
  • The Competent Department may cancel the training courses and exams five working days before the start date of the course, if the number of those registered in the course and exam is less than the minimum approved by it. The Competent Department may cancel at any time in cases of force majeure or emergency circumstances. In the cases of cancellation mentioned in this paragraph, the Authority shall not bear any obligations or expenses, and the registrant in these cases may recover the financial consideration he paid.
  • If the trainee wishes to cancel his registration or modify it to another place or a later date, he must submit a request through his account in (Qima portal), and the competent department deals with his request according to the following:
  • If the request is related to cancelling a course registration and its exam or the exam only, following provisions shall apply:
    • The paid fee shall be refunded if the cancellation request was submitted ten working days prior to the started date of the course or exam that registered in it.
    • Fifty percent (50%) of the financial compensation paid shall be returned to the registrar if an application is submitted five working days before the started date of the course or exam that registered in it.
    • The paid fee shall not be refunded if the cancellation request is submitted after the periods referred to in the previous paragraphs.
  • If the request is related to cancelling registration for a re-examination, following provisions shall apply to it
  • The cancellation request is accepted if it is submitted five working days prior to the started date of the course or exam that registered in it.
  • The cancellation request will not be accepted if it is submitted after the period referred to in the previous paragraph, and the applicant in this case is not entitled to demand another exam or refund any financial consideration.
  • If the request is related to modifying registration date or place for a course and an exam/or exam only, following provisions shall apply:
    • The cancellation request is accepted if it is submitted five working daysprior to the started date of the course or exam that registered in it.
    • If seats are available in the required course or exam, the applicant has the right to modify his registration in return for a fee of (10%) ten percent of the course or exam fees, if he submits his application within five working days prior to the started date of the course or exam that registered in it. He may then change again or get a refund for the modification in the course or exam. After that, he is not entitled to change again or get a refund for the modification in the course or exam.
  • If the trainee wishes to get evidence of his attendance of the course, he must commit to attending at least (75%) seventy-five percent of theScheduled hours for the training course.
  • Obligate trainee to attend the curriculum courses (403), (404), (405), (301) and (302) as a requirement to register for the exams of these courses, and the obligation for the trainee to attend the curriculum course (303) and (405) as a requirement to register for a project test Fellowship and fellowship discussions in the Vehicle Damage Assessment Branch and Machinery and Equipment Assessment Branch, and in the event that the trainee does not commit to attending at least (75%) of the course duration, he will be considered in this case as not passing the curriculum, and he must register again in the course
  • If the trainee misses the exam, he will be considered as failing and has no right to recover the fees for the course or exam, unless he submits within a maximum period of (15) fifteen days from the end date of the course or exam with an official excuse accepted by the competent department.
  • The trainee registered in the exams only is not entitled to attend the training courses.
  • Adhere to the instructions given by the exam supervisor.
  • Books or papers are not allowed in the exam hall.
  • The trainee is obligated to turn off his mobile phones and not allowed to use it or taken out, as well as the use of earphones and smart watches.
  • The trainee is prevented from entering the exam hall after half the time has passed, or one of the trainees has left.
  • The trainee is obligated not to leave the exam hall before half an hour has passed from the exam started time.
  • The trainee is obligated to bring the original ID card and show it to the exam supervisor when requested.
  • The trainee shall remain calm in the exam hall, and the exam supervisor has the right to get out any trainee from the hall and end his exam if he violates this, and to write a report to that.
  • After taking the exam, the trainee is obligated to hand over question paper and all papers used - if any to the exam supervisor.
  • Carry out the instructions set by the competent department to perform these exams.
  • Performing the exam using a computer with good efficiency that contains a camera and an microphone. Turning them on throughout the exam period with the camera pointing at his face.
  • Do not exit or attempt to exit the exam page in any way.
  • Focusing on the exam screen, refraining from increasing movement, talking to others, reading any question or text aloud, operating any devices that emit sounds, using more than one screen, using any tools that are not allowed, or taking any note during the exam, or the presence of any scientific materials, books or papers close to him, Also, refrain from using smart devices in any way, smart watches, earphones, blocking the ear by any means, reading from other devices, photographing or attempting to do so, or attempting to stop the camera’s shooting, suspend its broadcast, block it or direct it to another person. Even for a few moments, or not showing his entire face, or moving away from the screen for any reason, Or the use of hands in any type of sign language, and whoever violates this shall be subject to the penalties stipulated in these rules.
  • Performing the exam by himself and not delegating others.
  • Perform the exam in a quiet place without any people in the same place.
  • Commitment to the dates and duration of the exam.
  • The results of the exams are monitored within a maximum period of (10) ten working days from the its holding date, unless the trainee commits a violation of the provisions of these rules, so the degree is monitored after the committee formed under Article (seventeen), except online exams.

  • The trainee has the right to object the exam result to the competent department within a maximum period of (5) five working days from the date of his notification of the result, in accordance with the mechanism approved by the General Secretariat.
  • The trainee of real estate valuation sector is given a period of (6) six months to submit the discussion or re-discussion projects, and its calculation begins from the day following the ended date of the course related to the discussion or the date the trainee was informed of not passing the discussion.
  • The trainee of bussiness valuation sector is given a period of one year to present the discussion or the re-discussion projects, and its calculation begins from the date the trainee passed the module exam (205) the date the trainee was informed of not passing the discussion.
  • The trainee of machinary and equipment valuation sector is given a period of six months to submit the discussion projects or the re-discussion projects, and its calculation begins from the course ended date and attendance percentage approval for module (405) or the date the trainee was informed of not passing the discussion.
  • The trainee’s failure to pass a module in real estate valuation sector is approved if he did not submit the projects for discussion or re-discussion within the specified period.
  • The trainee’s failure to pass a module in bussiness valuation sector is approved if he did not submit the projects for discussion or re-discussion within the specified period.
  • Subject to the provisions and periods mentioned in the cancellation, modification and the submission of discussion projects from these policies. Trainees can re-do their exam or discussion - for one time only - without financial compensation. in any exam given by TAQEEM, if the trainee did not pass or was absent from the exam or discussion, or if he canceled his registration in a course, exam or discussion, and he did not refund the amount. with exceptions for the exams and discussions for which its financial compensations is refundable for more than one time or there is an compensation for re-do
