The activities of International Valuation Conference 12th edition have been concluded at 5:00pm on Wednesday, the conference hosted by Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers “Taqeem” under the auspices of His Excellency Minister of Finance, Chairman of Authority's Board of Directors, Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan, in cooperation with the International Valuation Conference Committee, in Riyadh. With wide international participation. It is held for the first time in Middle East and Arab world.

The conference discussed over 3 days number of important topics about the future of valuation profession and its best practices, understanding valuation standards and methodologies, as well as shedding light on profession and promising opportunities it achieves. Also, reviewing and exchanging local and international best practices in the valuation profession.

On its third day, the conference addressed many work papers, foremost of which was "The Intersections of the Valuation Sectors and its Impact on Professional Development", as well as a paper entitled "The Impact of Environmental and Social Factors on Valuation". The sessions concluded with a discussion session entitled “Best Valuation Practices”, in which many of the pioneers of the valuation profession participated. locally and globally.

It is worth to note that the conference is held every two years in one of the world's countries and it is a link between valuers, regulators, academics and practitioners to discuss important topics and the latest trends in the profession, and exchange knowledge between international valuers. More than 25 speakers participated from several countries.
